先日更新したパクリブログ（http://www.advieshoreca.nl/6s/csctccase.asp）騒動。グーグルにIndex削除申請を出しており、メールでのやりとりが続いているのだが、一向に削除されない。つまり、未だ解決の糸口が見えない。
というか、次から次へと情報を出せと言われている状態で、もう本当に嫌になる。

今のところメールのやりとりを3回ほどやっている。
1回目メール

1つ目のURLは対応したが、2つ目のURLは確認できないから、もっと詳しく教えてという内容だった。
なので、改めてURLを伝えると共に、こんな感じで検索したら出てきますよという旨の返信をしたわけだが。

このURLが著作権が侵害されたと主張する正確なコンテンツを明確にしろ、というような回答が届く。なので、対応するサイト（＝当サイトアドレス、http://ｅｓｔｐｏｌｉｓ．ｃｏｍ/）を記載して返信した。

今度は申告の仕方が悪いような旨の返信が返ってくる。
ちなみにグーグルへの申告は全コンテンツがパクられている事もあり、まずは気づいた時の最新記事とルートドメインで1つ申告し、その後別申請で全コンテンツのURLを列挙し送信した（1日に送信できるURLは1000個までと言われたため、わざわざ数日に分けた）。
そうしたらどうも、1コンテンツずつフィールドを分けて申告しろといわれているようだ（グーグルのDMCA申告は複数フィールドで入力が出来る）。1000ページ以上に及ぶ、全コンテンツを1つ1つ申告しろと？
そんなの勘弁して欲しいんですが。
終わりに
前提条件として僕は英語が出来るわけじゃないので、少ない知識と、機械翻訳と、英語が出来る友人に無理を言って頼んで何とか対応している状況だ。
それなのに、グーグル先生は本当に言ったことしかやってくれないし、どちらかと言えば「お前が言ってることの方がおかしいんじゃない？」って言われている感じすらする。
さすがに嫌になってきますね。
記事を更新すれば自動的にパクられ、しかもそのサイトが検索では上位で表示される。出来る事と言えば、解決までこの内容を書き続けるしかないわけだが、そんなブログ誰が見たいんだって話だ。
デジタルコピーの怖さを実感する。これは結構精神的にもやられてきますね、、、。PV数などは日を追う毎に下がり、現時点で2週間程前と比較し半減。一番簡単なのは別ドメインに移転する事だが、それだけはやりたくない。が、それしか解決方法もないという、、、
ブログに関して、色んな意味で今は絶望しかない、、、。

WordPressのプラグインを使用し、暫定対応は完了しました。
GoogleのIndex削除や、恒久対策はまだです。
